At the time of booking an appointment clients are required to place a credit card on file. 
A 50% deposit can be accepted in lieu of your card being placed on file. 
Appointments cannot be reserved without a card on file or a deposit.
Any appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled must be done 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee or a loss of deposit. 
The first last minute cancellation is on the house, life gets busy and things get hectic. Don’t worry about it the first time.
Any further last minute cancellation will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
A last minute cancellation is defined as any appointment that hasn’t been cancelled prior to 48 hours of the scheduled service. 
Recurring last minute cancellations will require a 50% deposit for any future appointments reserved. 
* All no show appointments are charged 100% of the service scheduled. If there is no charge associated with the service scheduled, a flat fee of $100 will be charged. 
A no show appointment is defined as a service that has been scheduled but not attended with no prior communication. Clients who fail to attend a scheduled service (no show) will be required to place a 100% deposit for any future appointments.

Appointment confirmation requests are submitted 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment date. 
Appointments MUST be confirmed by the end of day (6PM) two days prior to appointment — any appointments not confirmed may be cancelled.
There will be multiple attempts to contact you prior to your scheduled appointment if you have not confirmed your attendance. 
Appointments are confirmed using the phone number and email address provided at the time of scheduling.

It is asked that you arrive to your appointment with no additional  guests, including children. It is required that you have a scheduled appointment to be permitted to enter the treatment room. 
Please ensure you have thoroughly completed the booking process. Appointments cannot be guaranteed if you do not receive a confirmation of booking via text message or email. 
Skincare by Chanel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. 
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided.
